As I said in my previous post, we've had a month full of firsts and it's so fun! A few other updates about this little dude:
- He basically Ferbered himself. It took one day with the Ferber method and Carson is sleeping through the night, in a sleep sack, no binky & no overnight bottle. 95% of the time, he doesn't need any assistance during the night which is awesome!
- He can sit for pretty long periods of time without toppling over
- We tried the solids for awhile, but had to take a break. He just isn't really interested
- It's now a 50/50 if we get a long nap vs. a short nap which is awesome!
- He LOVES to stick out his tongue. All day, everyday
- No teeth yet, but his gums look to be thinning
- Eating 6-8 oz 4 times a day
- Rolling all over the place
- Trying so hard to move across the floor but ends up just supermanning on the floor while flailing his arms and legs. Pretty funny to watch
- Scratching things like he's interested in how they feel
- Likes to suck his hands
- Reaching for people's faces
- He is the happiest and smiliest baby
- Quick to laugh. Always laughing at Miles which Miles lovesss
- Wearing size 3 diapers. Those legs man... ha!
- In 6-9 month clothes, mostly Cat and Jack or Old Navy. Carters just doesn't seem to fit
- Not quite on a schedule, but he's pretty predicable which is great
- His hair is still growing and stands straight up at the top
We have his 6 month appointment next week so I'll fill in his stats once we get them. I'm super interested to see how he compares to Miles at the same age.
